Extended Care
School of the Epiphany offers an after-school Extended Care program for Kindergarten through 8th Grade students. Extended Care opens at 12:30pm on Minimum Days and 3:00pm on regular school day.
Extended Care Hours
Full days 3:00pm – 5:45pm
Minimum days 12:35pm – 5:45pm
Cost for the programs are as follows:
After School Extended Care Program $250.00 per month
Late charge fee after 5:45pm $3.00 per minute
Drop – In $7.00 per hour
Billing Information:
Extended care charges begin 15 minutes after student dismissal. Your extended care charges will be automatically added to your monthly account.
Students enrolled in after school Extended Care program are to bring a lunch on all minimum days. Students may bring extra snacks any day they are at Extended Care.
Students enrolled in after school Extended Care program will need to adhere to the philosophy, goals, and policies of the school.
